Pool Service & Clean
As of the 1st July 2022, our service prices will be increasing slightly due to external factors that we are no longer able to absorb. This is our first service pricing increase since 2016 however, the last 2 years have been exceptionally difficult to maintain the quality of service at the current price, and therefore a small 10% increase in just the service price will help us maintain our high level of service. *chemicals & equipment pricing will remain unchanged

Pool Service
$110 + chemicals
The pool service comprises of a brush & scrub tile line, scoop & vacuum, equipment check, check & set running times, backwash sand filters, emptying baskets & leaf canisters, water test & balance.
Booking of pool services require payment details prior the job being attended. Customers must be registered with our payments processor “Pinch” for the auto debit 7 days later.
If there is no one home or we are unable to access the pool, the service will be rescheduled at no additional charge, if we are unable to access the pool on the second attempt you will be charged a call out fee.
Repair Work
$125 call out + $30 / 15m mins after 1st hour
Service technicians called out for repair work are charged at $125 per call-out plus $30 per ¼ hour after 60 minutes on site has taken place.
The initial service call will be paid in full when the booking is taken, with the additional time & any repair costs invoiced with 7-day terms.
Any follow-up visits required will also be billed in advance.
Quotes
All new quotes require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to proceed with the order or to book in the work.
Dolphin Robot Hire
$100 for 24 hours trial
Rent a demo unit (S200, S300 & M600) for 24 hours to see if it’s right for your pool. When you decide to go ahead the $100 ‘rental’ will be credited toward your new unit once the demo is returned.
No demos are conducted on-site by Poolside employees, demo unit rental is to be paid upfront and card details are left for billing every 24 hours until the unit is returned.
Owners Instruction Service
So you now own a pool or spa but don’t know how to maintain it? Not to worry, we offer an owner instruction service to teach you all about your pool or spa and its equipment – from emptying baskets and water balancing, to backwashing filters.
Filter & Sand Change
Did you know the sand in your filter needs to be replaced every four to five years to ensure maximum performance? Over time, the filtration process causes water channels to form in the filter sand which means it runs less effectively. When your sand needs replacing, contact us for advice. Keeping your pool filter in great condition is also vital for the health of your pool. We offer a full filter clean and degrease service.
Pump & Filter Installation & Maintenance
We sell and install the best brand pumps and filters to ensure your pool or spa remains clean, safe and in excellent condition. All pumps and filters come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Solar Heating Installation & Maintenance
Water temperatures naturally vary depending on your location, the time of year, and the time of day, but if you’ve made the investment in a pool, chances are you want access to swimming year-round. Poolside Beaconsfield offers free pool & spa water analysing using BioGuard Accuscan device and Biolab Water Testing this complete water analysing system is very fast and accurate to help you maintain healthy water balance.
Regular water testing is a MUST if you would like to keep on top of healthy water in your swimming environment as well as maintaining water appearance & equipment maintenance.
BioGuard water works in conjunction with the Accuscan device as a computer system allowing accurate results and print out reports to help identify your pool / spa needs chemically.

Preparing Your Water Sample To obtain an accurate water sample follow the following steps:
Use a clean bottle (FREE SAMPLE BOTTLES INSTORE)
Obtain a sample elbow depth from the opposite end of the pool to your filter returns
Do not leave sample bottle in heat or direct sunlight as this will be an invalid test result.
It is advised to test your water on a regular basis for balanced water, causing less problems and decreasing the work load for the owner.
