Rates
POOL SERVICE
$110 + chemicals
The pool service comprises of a brush & scrub tile line, scoop & vacuum, equipment check, check & set running times, backwash sand filters, emptying baskets & leaf canisters, water test & balance.
Booking of pool services require payment details prior the job being attended. Customers must be registered with our payments processor “Pinch” for the auto debit 7 days later.
If there is no one home or we are unable to access the pool, the service will be rescheduled at no additional charge, if we are unable to access the pool on the second attempt you will be charged a call out fee.
REPAIR WORK
$125 call out + $30 / 15 mins after 1st hour
Service technicians called out for repair work are charged at $125 per call-out plus $30 per ¼ hour after 60 minutes on site has taken place.
The initial service call will be paid in full when the booking is taken, with the additional time & any repair costs invoiced with 7-day terms.
Any follow-up visits required will also be billed in advance.
QUOTES
All new quotes require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to proceed with the order or to book in the work.
