At Poolside Beaconsfield we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We listen and respond to your needs and constantly strive to provide a proactive and positive experience when interacting with us or using our products.

Following feedback from customers that our phone line was often tied up while we were busy attending to another enquiry, we are pleased to announce that we have now installed a new PBX telephone system. This new system has given us additional incoming and outgoing lines, providing greater efficiency in managing calls from our customers. We also have the flexibility to expand on this system once the NBN becomes available to us later this year.

We encourage all our valued customers to continue providing constructive feedback in order for us to continue to improve and ensure every experience with Poolside Beaconsfield is a delight.
